Terms of Support
Services are delivered within the agreed scope and allocated hours. While flexibility is built into our approach, additional requests may require review or adjustment of support hours to ensure quality and sustainability.
MOTHER concierge reserves the right to review, adjust, or discontinue services if support needs fall outside the agreed arrangement, or if alignment can no longer be maintained for either party.

Booking Terms
To secure your booking, a $100 deposit is required at the time of confirmation. This deposit is applied toward your scheduled service.
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled booking. Cancellations made within 72 hours will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
This policy allows us to maintain consistency of care and honour the time reserved for your family.

Client Responsibilities
MOTHER concierge cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from:
Normal wear and tear
Undisclosed pre-existing issues
Items that are fragile, valuable, or sentimental and not identified in advance
We recommend that valuable or delicate items be secured or clearly communicated prior to each visit.

Safety, Compliance & Trust
Your home, family, and privacy are treated with the highest level of care.
All MOTHER concierge support is provided with the following safeguards in place:
Public liability & professional indemnity insurance
Police vetted
Valid Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Card holder

MOTHER concierge respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.
Any details shared with us — including your contact information, household details, and support needs — are collected solely for the purpose of providing personalised home and family support. Your information is never shared with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

Access & Safety
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time, along with a safe working environment.
Clear instructions must be provided regarding property access, alarms, pets (including dogs), and any household expectations relevant to the support being delivered.
MOTHER concierge reserves the right to pause or discontinue support if access or safety requirements are not met.

Scope of Support
MOTHER concierge provides non-clinical home and family support only.
Our support does not include:
Medical, nursing, or health-related care
Sole-charge childcare unless specifically agreed in advance
Heavy lifting or tasks outside the agreed support arrangement
Additional requests must be discussed and approved prior to service
